Allium sativum (Garlic): Garlic since time immemorial has been used as a prophylactic and as an energizer to give strength. Garlic can rightfully be called one of nature s wonders. It can inhibit and kill bacteria, fungi and parasites. It lowers blood pressure, blood cholesterol and blood sugar. It boost the immune system to fight off potential disease and maintain health. It is packed with Vitamins (A,B and C), protein and nutrients such as potassium, calcium & zinc.

Allium cepa (Onion): The health benefits of onion are much more extensive than one might think. Onion is a powerful antiseptic that is rich in VitaminsA, B and C. It is a potential source of folic acid, calcium, phosphorus, iron and chromium, magnesium, molybdenum, potassium, copper and dietary fibre. Onion may help in lowering cholesterol and triglycerides.

Zingiber officinalis (Ginger): Ginger has a wide variety of effects on the human body and has medicinal properties such as carminative, anti-emetic and anti-nausea.

Nigella sativa (Kalonji): It contains albumin, sugar, organic acid, glucoside and melanthin Metarbin. Bitter substances are also found. It also contains 1.5% volatile oil and 37.5% non-volatile oil. It normalizes the secretions of stomach& pancreas and may be effective in diabetes mellitus.

Commiphora mukul (Gond gugul): It helps to regulate serum lipids by lowering the cholesterol, triglyceridea, LDL (Low-Density-Lipoprotein) and VLDL (very Low-Density-Lipoprotein) levels. It also maintains the HDL(High-Density-Lipoprotein) and may act as a shield against various heart problems.
