When should I take KidzOmega Chewable Capsules? KidzOmega Chewable Capsules can be taken daily as part of an optimal diet, for general health and well-being, and optimal brain development.
Supplement Facts Each capsule contains:
- Vitamin A: (1333 iu) 400 µg
- Vitamin D: (200 iu) 5 µg
- Vitamin E: (9 iu): 6 mg
- Fish Oil concentrate: 600 mg Which provides
- EPA 198 mg
- DHA 132 mg
- Children 1-6 years of age, one capsule daily.
- Children 6-12 years of age, two capsules daily.
- Capsules can be pierced and squeezed into food, drink, or formula.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
